Document Solutions (est 1972) is one of
Scotlands longest established and experienced document management specialists.
We are possibly the only document management bureau who offers a full document management solution under 1 roof;
Scanning / Microfilming / Storage and Document Management Software.
Working to ISO standards since 1994 and by using production scanners and microfilm equipment we are able to digitally capture all an organisations documents, drawings and microfilm. As well as digital capture we also have our own inhouse Microfilm department which weekly captures clients files on to 16mm and 35mm files to various formats of Microfilm. This allows quick, simple, reliable and more importantly a cost effective solution to accessing your companies information via electronic media, or Microfilm
In 2011 we increased our ability to store customers boxes and files by moving to a secure custom designed facility. This move has allowed us to now store and effectively track in excess of 7000 archive boxes.
In addition to using high speed, quality and reliable scanning technology, all our staff are Disclosure Scotland checked.
