Using the very latest in scanning technology we are able to capture any size of document from a business card / post-it note to A0+ drawings in mono and full colour.

Our scanning equipment includes Kodak, Panasonic, Canon and Fujitsu medium to high volume document scanners, Colortrac drawing scanners, Solar Book scanner as well as Kodak and Sunrise microfilm scanners.

Using the above equipment as well as various software packages we are able to scan between 200dpi and 800dpi to formats including Tif, pdf, pdfA, jpeg as well as many more which allows quick and simple access to your files, wither they are simply for backup or to be imported in to an existing document management system.

Our scanning department regularly captures in excess of 250,000 per week which can be increased should our clients require a quick turn around. We work closely with Scanfile to ensure images are produced in a format which can be easily accessible in all document management system- not just Scanfile.

Files can be supplied with CSV files which allow the scanned images to be imported directly in to your existing document management.
