to their ever growing list of services.This allows our clients to have their suppliers send invoices directly to a unique PO box out with their premises. The invoices are then opened and scanned by our staff who then upload the scanned invoices to our webhosting site. These images can then be imported into our clients existing document management system / workflow.
The benefit of such a service is to reduce our clients financial outgoings for an internal postal department.
