Preparation, scanning, indexing, finishing – quality assured
Initially our File Preparation department will ‘tidy’ the files to ensure they are ready and able to be scanned. This includes removal of paperclips, staples, unfold and repair any documents as well as ensuring post-it notes are not covering any data.

Our document scanning division are able to capture any size of document from post-it-notes or business cards up to A3 to colour / black and white or greyscale to ensure the client receives a first class level of quality.
Regularly capturing in excess of 250,000 images per week our document scanning dept will meet even the tightest of deadlines. Normal output format includes PDF, PDFA, Tiff or Jpeg although we will work with you to ensure the end format is appropriate to your needs.
Fast, accurate, searchable data
A Human resource file may be searchable by the employee’s name and employee number. Our data entry and finishing department will ensure your documents are retrievable as per your requirements. For example bookmarking within PDF, Optical Character recognition (OCR), Indexing with as many fields as you require, with free retrieval software from market leading suppliers.
Data can be returned to you via cd / dvd with free searchable software on each disk or portable hard drive or uploaded to our Secure servers for instant access.
All files scan be scanned to allow importing in to your existing software with the use of a csv or data file.
